Wages and Working Conditions

Wage:
 
Determined through discussion, taking into consideration ability, experience, etc.
 
Working hours:
9:00-18:00
(lunch break 12:00-13:00)
Flextime system available
 

Holiday:
          Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays                         (complete 2-day week),
          10 days of paid vacation in the first year,
          summer/year-end and New Year                            holidays, and condolence holidays.
